I had seen this book at a local bookstore and was immediately interested as I have one other book by Rocco DiSpirito and find the recipes really interesting. I really do want to start this diet but, to be honest, the shopping list for the first week is kind of overwhelming. Not an excuse, I know, but be warned that there are tons of things to buy. The recipes look great, though, and I love the idea of being able to eat all kinds of food and still lose weight. Hopefully it works!

Nice book with a lot of great recipes. Rocco gives lots of ways to cut the calories from great meals by using healthier options and cooking methods. Not sure about the losing 10 pounds part... That will take will power of portion control and exercise but this book of meal choices will help achieve the weight loss... Cutting calories and exercise(burning calories) equals success!!!

This book is really well written and I found it to be easy to follow. The recipes are easy and the shopping lists depending on how many days you want to pre-shop for, are very helpful. It's great to be able to prepare healthy meals that taste great, and that are weight conscious. I highly recommend this book for those who are trying to lose weight, but don't want to sacrifice the taste.
