Another gift for the wife, she's collecting the whole series. Angus MacGyver or if it was a old western series, it would have been called "Have Duct Tape, Will Travel". When my wife and I where first dating, we would sit down to pizza & MacGyver night every Monday at her house and watch all the adventures of Mac and his friends. We would be glued to the TV set to see what misfortunes he would wind up in and then by some miracle & duct tape. Get out in one piece. Like that time he saved that Phoenix agent, who was being held captive on the mountain and built a ultralite (motor driven hang-glider) out of bamboo, old tires, a big fan motor and of course, duct tape. Now that we have been married for 25 years (were 45 now), watching these shows make me laugh out loud. How corny & cheesy these shows were made. Back lots to look like some foreign country, and some of the acting was bad. and the stunt work wasn't the greatest. I love seeing the super Phoenix computers of the day, not even 286 speed and orange & green monochrome monitors. Top of the line, all the way. My wife gets mad at me, so I leave the room snickering. I wonder if Richard Dean Anderson is ever going to made a new series or make a TV movie since he left Stargate SG-1 ? Did you see the MasterCard commercial with him in it hot wiring that truck. Any fan of MacGyver will want to have this collection for their own. Picture quality is great and the sound is also too, better if you have surround sound.Read full review
I see a movie that doesn't show deep violence, but much creativity, thoughtfulness and response without foul language. In a friendly and good settings. No limitations that families can watch.

Very good movie, I used to watch this show growing up and never missed an episode. Alot of stars on here that are really famous now that weren't back then. Love the show!
