As the title suggests, Hayley Westenra's voice is absolutely pure and a real pleasure to listen to. My previous copy of this CD became worn out and unable to play a few tracks on my new audio system, hense the purchase of a new copy, but now with the added bonus CD which I have yet to play. For those of you who just want to chill-out and relax, this is the CD to listen to. You will not be disappointed.
With the purest of voices and looks of an angel you can't go wrong with this cd from Hayley Westenra I give it 10 out of 10 and will be buying more of her cds on the strength of these haunting melodies. Only Kate Bush herself comes close to her version of Wuthering heights superb!
Having seen this lass on some TV programme or other, with Katherine Jenkins I think, I decided I would like to hear one of her earliest recordings. I was not disappointed! A beautiful clear voice with some very original arrangements of some old classics.
