Attempted to install in the slot. Windows 7 would NOT recognize the new hardware. Attempts to use discovery failed. Installed drivers, rebooted (several times) - and no successful way to recognize the card. May be good for XP - but not for Windows 7.

Although my friends told me that a server need not have a display, I just wasn't comfortable with not having direct access to my files. So I purchased the cheapest PCIE graphics board I could find (All the other slots on the MoBo were filled). The board works. There's no other criteria I was looking to fill. It was detected correctly by Windows 2003 Server edition the first try, no need for drives. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone who's on a very tight budget that needs a PCIE X16 graphics board.
Pros: Good video card, works immediately. Easy to set up. Latest drive from ATI web side available. TV out works great. Good low price. There are a lot of setting to play withing. Cons: Is not the faster video card but does the job very nicely. TV out is great but difficult to set out to avoid TV out flicking. Overall is a great video card that does the job for very low price.
I am not a "Computer Game Playing Nut" so this card works great for me. Very fast, quiet, no cooling fan to fail, stable. No problems whatsoever. This is a great low budget, high performance card for people who have computer for doing actual work. If you want to spend your time playing games then this may not fit your needs.
Card shipped in proper packaging, looked very clean and worked right away with no hassle.
