Very good workout, easy to do 5 times a week. It focuses mostly on three muscle groups, arms, core, and legs. There is a 5 minute cardio warm up and cool down. Sometimes the movements are not recorded and I have to adjust my controller, but it picks up count pretty quick. You wont lose a lot of weight quickly, but the workout is not excessively hard and you will be able to do it 5 times a week easily.
For me, this is by far one of the best workout games I have purchased. He doesn't lie about you feeling the workout 2 days later. I lifts weights as well with this workout and in one week I can feel a difference in how my clothes fit. Best by far!
My personal favorite! I need scores, to see my best set before each exercise as I’m super competitive with myself. Encouraging and motivational. I agree sometimes the controller does not pick up every motion. I learned to add a little flick of my wrist to acknowledge.
