Gosh, where to start... Major childhood flashbacks. Even down to the shabby filming. My 7 year old loved it, so much that I just now bought season 2.... My 7 year old walks around singing the theme song and his day care mom is amazed... Marshall Will & Holly....... Can't wait to get season 2 then season 3.... We even went as far to get the old school 1991 season.... Just makes you think back to the good ole days...... sitting home watching the tv (no remote either)..... We will probably sell off season 1 just as soon as season 2 gets here.. PS: THe seller was right on for the description. Have no quirks here. Just as described and a great price too, well worth the money to see my 7 year old enjoy it as much as he is.
Welcome to the seventies and all the hokey costumes that were created for lizards! This was worth the money if you are a Will and Holly fan because it is nostalgic but if you are a parent and want old fashioned clean humor and a “remember your manners” styled programming it is worth the money. The color and representation of this set is great and even richer than it was when it was first made. The editorial leaves you wanting more because it has been so long since it was first made but it does give the viewers some golden nuggets of what the creators were doing in the world before current animation techniques. This was a great stroll down memory lane. My kids love dinosaurs, so I thought they would enjoy this classic. They love it and can't wait to get the other seasons. I forgot about how hokey the scenery looks, especially with how much better technology is today, but that is part of what makes it so fun to see agian. It is also nice to have something they really enjoy that isn't the violent garbage that is all over tv today.
What a great series! I watched this as a kid, and loved it...always hard to find on the TV back before discs...now my niece loves the Land of the Lost too! We actually play these when she is not over...so retro and fun, good stories too...and then there are the dinosaurs and Chaka the monkey boy...great stuff! Reliev your memories! Get the whole season because just a few episodes won't do! You'll be glad you did! Marshall Will and Holly took a routine expedition....to the greatest adventure ever known...in the Land of the Losssstttt!!!!!
