I Love this! I bought a sample because I had never tried it. After getting the sample and loving it, I immediately went on the hunt to find a big bottle I could afford. It is expensive, I bought mine for $75.00. Watch your oz's. There are smaller bottles for the same price as the 3.4 oz. Also I understand that the Coco Chanel is not the same as Coco Chanel Noir. This is a long lasting parfum! Smells great and you will get a lot of compliments

I have used this perfume for many years, and when I saw it was half the price of Macy's I bought it, well when compared to the real thing, the color is off and it doesn't last like the real thing, I don't know if they refill empty bottles with cheap imitation, really disappointed, like the saying says "you get to what you pay for"

I had a problem with purchase of Chanel this time, although purchased in the past from other sources w/ no problems. Something seemed terribly wrong with the scent of the fragrance, and the bottle was leaking. I took the item to a "high end" department store's fragrance department where their trained experts examined and tested it out. They reported the color was not right, she said "it had turned"; it was a much darker color than the normal Coco product, also the label didn't have the raised embossed border around it (like Chanel uses), it was discoloring and looked like it might have been a replacement "phoney" re-labeled type label. The fragrance when tested "dissipated" very rapidly, she was very concerned regarding that. I think at best the product was EXTREMELY old with no "shelf-life" left, and had been salvaged and relabeled. Or, it may have been a "knock-off". Coco Chanel is a absolutely beautiful fragrance for the colder weather. Chanel makes a awesome product. Buying on eBay can be a challenge. Make sure you know your product before making a purchase. As I have come across a few that claim that are genuine and FAKE FAKE FAKE they are. Ensure you ask for photos of the bottom of bottle to ensure that it is etched not a label. Chanel does not put labels on their bottles. eBay needs to get rid of all the fake sellers out there. So that it can protect the consumer. Allow them to sell fakes, but not to use the registered trademark name "CHANEL". My heart goes out to all that have been dubbed.
I love it. It's a Xmas present for my daughter and she will love it also. Great musk like scent that lingers for hours... Not overpowering and definitely eludes Class. The bottle is gorgeous. Heavy dark glass. This keeps sun away from the parfum to ensure fresness for its life The price was low compared to large Dept stores. Large 3.4 oz size. Expensive parfum - not eau de toilet. What's not to like?
