For those of you who wear your heels down unevenly, use these to give your shoes AND YOUR BACK (trust me, uneven heels, even 1/16" can cause a lower backache). So many shoes have flat soles, or somehow, the heels cannot be replaced, just clean the heels well with a solvent, and stick the cleats on. Nails not needed. Peel and stick.
