After the New Orleans Mayor's daughter is murdered, a bounty hunter (David Keith) & her boyfriend (Robert Hayes) team up to find her killer. With a good cop bad cop vibe, they do whatever it takes to accomplish their mission, lots of action along the way. They meet a prostitute (Pamela Anderson the beautiful blonde bombshell of the 90's & of Playboy and Baywatch fame). She scorches the screen with incredible sex appeal in a Daisy Dukes outfit and two sex scenes with each male leads. The first one is arguably the hottest in a non adult movie. If you've never heard of Pamela Anderson or have but never seen her and wonder why she was a big thing in the 90's this is the best movie to see her. While the acting isn't great it isn't bad and with these kind of buddy B-movies geared towards male audiences aren't made much anymore with good action and sexy actresses who maybe didn't have the best acting skills but who cares they looked great as Pamela does in this one arguably the best reason to watch this movie.
