I like the structure of the book. It's set up to be used as a quick reference for the most common design. It's a little difficult, unless you're advanced in the topic of design patterns, to read from front to back. Most of the examples are in C++, so if you don't know C++ or C it will be impossible to understand the code because it has pointers everywhere, which are hard to understand unless you've studied them. I highly recommend the book for anyone who's studying design patterns. I don't give it an excellent rating because it is a hard read unless you have a lot of experience.
I bought this for my son who loves this book and appears to help with problem solving.
