CAN'T GO WRONG HERE!
Wonderful book, chocked full of terrific recipes. If it has a downside, it would be that there are no pictures of the finished product. I'm a very visual person and it helps me ensure that I'm "doing it right." The book lists every kind of mushroom known to man (that is edible) and how to use them. It has some really tremendous recipes and very good step by step directions. Overall, I love this book!
