I have used this product for years. It is all natural, and contains Grapefruit Seed Extract. Many nasal sprays contain ingredients that exacerbate High Blood Pressure. My Dr. told me to stay away from them. This product, however is fine!!

The product maybe ok, but in the new container, it does not work for me. I have used Xlear for years and like it well. But it has always come with a small pump sprayer. This one you have to lie on your back to use and it is just totally unsatisfactory. I will try to find another distributor who handles the older (I guess version). We trashed these two. The picture looked like what we have used in the past. It was the wrong thing ... of apparatus. The pump was great; this is awful. Plain and simple, it was awful.

A good product you can use all year long. It contains Xylitol which kills bacteria inside the nose and throat. Use it at least twice a day or more for better results. It is much cheaper to buy the 3-pack at eBay than to buy the single bottle at your local store.

It works!!! This dispenser is much friendlier to use than the ones I can purchase locally, so this will be my favorite way to acquire Xylitol. Years ago I got it in smaller bottles, less bulk in the pocket.

I tried this product for first time after trying different strong prescriptions from doctors which left nasal passages very dry and irritated and a bitter taste in mouth this product on other hand did the complete opposite left my nasal passages moist and soft and helped with getting rid of the dryness and irritation in them as well could taste the grape seed oil which was a so much nicer and pleasant than tasting a strong chemical taste which irritated my throat which this did not would highly recommend to anyone who has the same type of problems with their sinuses.
