Author and psychologist Bethany Haley Williams shares how her own emotional healing led her into treacherous war zones, where she provides care to former child soldiers and young girls used as sex slaves. The Color of Grace
I am so taken with this book. I still have a couple of chapters left but the story is amazing. So sad and yet so encouraging. How these children have survived what they went through is amazing. I want to go there and mother them all too. The author, Bethany is an amazing woman. She is a survivor herself. This is a story to read when we think we have had hard times, and a story to read if we indeed have lived through hard times....as it gives us encouragement we may need too. I highly recommend this book.
