I bought this book because I am on "The Atkins Diet" and I need recipes. It was recommended by Dana Carpenter who also writes about her diet and has recipes. I read the book and picked a few tips that have proved useful. I would recommend this book to any one who is starting a low carb and high protein diet.. In fact I would recommend this to every overweight person.
