See the beginnings of a genius and a man who really knew what comedy was, all rolled into one. Mork was from another planet and needed to understand what being human was. Mindy needed a friend and someone interesting to share her life with. MORK AND MINDY! comedy NEW TO THE WHOLE WORLD. A funny new way to see the planet called earth, from an alien from the planet Ork. Each episode will give you an entirely different of the meaning of life. Love, life, and the pursuit of happiness, all seen by Mork. I loved this show. A true comic hero. You will love Mork. Mindy is a big hearted young girl willing to teach an alien a thing or two. Season 1.....MORK AND MINDY!

I vaguely recalled this show from childhood...
I thought I remembered Mork and Mindy. But I was wrong. As a child so much of what Robin Williams said and did was over my head that it's like watching a whole new show! Williams cracks so many jokes mer minute as to give the Simpsons a run for thier money. He's hyper-alive and the ultimate outsider in his point of view. Plus, I seem to have forgotten leaps and bounds about the cast! Including the inclusion of Tom Poston as the 'thrifty' downstairs neighbor! It's as much or more fun now than it was the first time around - and if you've never seen it - it promises to be a hysterical blast. Na-nu, Na-nu, -Damien

I'm so tired of watching re-runs of Big Time Rush! I bought this so my kids could see what kind of shows I liked when I was a kid. Guess what? They loved it!

Mork & Mindy- Where Robin Williams Comedic Career Began
I love this dvd because it starts the series off at the beginning and gives you the history and quirks of Mork's outrageous behavior. This is great way to see Robin Williams and the very beginning. He actually started on Happy Days and Laverne And Shirley in guest spots, but the spin off called Mork and Mindy launched his career. You can watch reruns on TV but they are hit and miss and not at all in order and the value for the dvd was an excellent choice.
