Chronic dehydration has manifested in various ways that are alleviated by this item s placement on the handlebar. A larger windshield in combination with a handy little hook on the RAM for a rubber band secures lids and straws. Placement is a challenge, at first, and the swivel for the cup will wear out after about a year of daily use. Also, don t expect it to hold super-sizes. Overall a very useful item, at a good price, and with free shipping too, made this a good purchase.

Nice!! There is really only one issue.
Make sure what ever you put in here is seated all the way down to the bottom of the cup. The blue insulator tends to hold things sometimes high, and the cup can tip. It's that gravity thing coming back to haunt us. The insulator holds things in there snug, but it does catch you off guard and you try to fix things. So make sure it sits all the way in. Very Limited Use for Many Water Bottles
This well-made item by RAM seemed like the answer to my wife's need for a bottle holder for the handlebar of her 2015 Harley Street Glide. We ride long distances, sometimes in hot weather, and staying hydrated is a challenge. I was disappointed to find that this holder is very limited in what it will hold upright. Any decent-sized water bottle, when filled, is too top-heavy for this gimbal-mount holder, It tips over unless only a small bottle is used. That doesn't include most smaller, store-bought, pre-filled water bottles, because they are too narrow for the holder without the insert and too fat to use with the insert. My solution was to use a small bicycle bottle (refillable) we had picked up as a giveaway at an event. Lucky we had that, or I'd still be looking. Given the limitations of ... Pretty well made and functions as it should and is adjustable. The foam insert is too tight for large cups and needs to flex a little more to allow large cups to fit I'd recommend a vibration dampener as it tends to rattle my coffee cup around and it spills out over bumps but overall pretty good.

It does it's job fine.
Keeps your beverage within reach and cold, with included coozy. Keep it tight and you're good. For best results, drink 2/3 of the can to avoid splashes. Periodically, tighten up the cup holder to the arm, it gets loose over time.
