Veronica is a fast paced TV series about a Teenage High School Student / Semi-pro Priviate Detective. She not only has to keep her grades way up, keep her Father's P.I. business in order (part time), work in a restaurant (part time). She also has to solve all of her class mates problems. Balance her love life and keep a perky up-beat attatude. How does she do it? This is one series that (like Buffy) you can watch over and over again. The action and twist come just fast enough that even if you've just watched it. It comes as a surprize. It doesn't get boring (unlike some older sit-coms where all you have to see is the first half minute and you remember the whole thing) Recomended - highly! Get em while you can because I've heard the series was canceled after the third seasom.
This series is an excellent television show for anyone interested in a little mystery mixed with comedy. The lead character, Veronica, looks like just another dumb blonde. However, she is witty, sassy, and someone that you can really relate to. She solves crime and other school misgivings by the help of her private eye father and sometimes just by a process of elimination and finding out where people were during the crime. This series goes really in-depth with how twisted life can really be, and how people have an alter-ego that they do not present to the world. The show is very complex, and constantly keeps you on the edge of your seat. Every end to an episode makes you want to find out more in the next episode. I absolutely love the show, and it is a fantastic break from watching over-the-top-drama shows like soap operas. I believe that this show is great for those who love an intelligent kind of thrill. I only just discovered this show late last fall, took a while to settle in & watch it, but it had me hooked from the pilot episode, fantastic writing (shows today lack any substance) Excellent acting & the overall feel of the characters are raw, emotionally charged & make you care about the world they live in & the issues faced. I can't recommend this show enough, only wish it would be picked up by Netflix & continued for a 4th season! :) watch it, I know you'll like it

Great show! One of my favorites. Kirsten Bell is one of my favorite actresses and the cast is awesome! Good plots, kind of 'cheesy' and 'knee-high socksy' at times, but then again it is being portrayed through the eyes of a high school teenager. Must watch in my book!
