Janet Evanovich is an EXCELLENT author! From her novels like the Stephanie Plum series, all the way to her older contemporary novels, readers will laugh out loud. Wicked Appetite is no different. I thought this book was very funny, and I found myself laughing out loud most of the time. Now, while there was no real ending, it does leave room for the next book in the series. I cannot wait to read the next book because Lizzy and Diesel are HILARIOUS! A+
Absolutely love this book. Janet Evanovich and Charlotte Hughes have done it again. Would high recommend

As always Evanovich's books zip right along and the action never ends. A touch of sexy without any raunchiness, and very little bad language. My favorite author!!
This book has none of the charm and character development of Evanovich's previous books. What was cute and silly in context of Stephanie Plum and her cohorts is simply boring and vulgar without them. The book tries to copy the tone, style and writing of the Plum books but without the Plum family and friends, it is totally lost. Deisel is even dull with these new boring people. Don't waste your time trying to read it. It was a huge disapointment, not even close to the between the Plum books which were a clear second fiddle to the Plum books.
I was really looking forward to this book, but found it to be a letdown. It felt like a tired retread of Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. Diesel is great of course, but the female lead is another Stephanie only w/supernatural powers, Wulf stands in as an evil Ranger, and the bakery + 2 female pals is the equivalent of the bonds office and Lula and Connie. I'll probably read the next one, but without the same anticipation.
