I have never heard of most of these recipes, and they are really "out there"...However, if you are a " I love Lucy" fan, it does have pictures and some trivia from the show. Don't buy it for the recipes.....

I collect celebrity and entertainment themed cookbooks and also Lucy memorabilia. The book has photos from the show and a variety of recipes none of which I have tried yet. However they look tasty and are not to difficult to follow. The recipes fit in with the themes of some of the episodes.
I bought this as a gift for my daughter. An avid Lucy fan who LOVES to cook, she will enjoy the wonderful pictures as well as the recipes. This unique little book is a trip down memory lane!
The book is great for the pictures from the TV show. The recipes are not anything you would race to make, but for the memories it brings back, the book is priceless.
