I've just started reading this book, it gives information about the Marx Brothers show business life, how they started, jobs they held; Groucho Marx is very liberal with voicing how he felt, etc. about Marilyn Monroe, and others they have worked with. There is a lot of photos from their early days starting out, and photos of Groucho without his mustache. This is one I recommend if you are new to the Marx Brothers films, gives a lot of behind the scenes information. Be ready for a different side of this funny group of comedians. Does not go into their personal life, instead focuses on their show business careers.
I originally had this as a kid when it was released. I am able to understand it and appreciate it much more now. A great read for any fans of the Marx brothers.
