Have the first three (not any old Christmas cartoon ones) but added this one and it was good but not as good as some others. I could not pass up for 5 bucks! These chipmunks are so cute to watch I wish they were real because I would have one! I have loved these little guys since I was a little girl and this is the only ones that I buy. Buy it to own.

Great kids' movie, just as cute as the other Alvin & the Chipmunks movies. My kids love it and I enjoy it as well. It is a kids' movie though so I am rating it as such. It's one I can watch with my children and enjoy with them on their "movie night". Don't expect in depth storylines. We love it just as much as we do the other two Chipmunk movies. I'm glad I didn't pay attention to adults who gave it bad ratings because it lacked "original themes" and "plot". It's made for kids to enjoy and that's the whole point. I made a great purchase & I'm glad I bought it.
My baby has loved this movie since a few months after birth. A year later and still loves it - so do I. Perfect for any age. Clean and well made.
