I work in a salon as a manicurist, but I love makeup. Our facialist introduced to the MAC makeup line. She had this pigment in her case and I fell in love with it because of how it wears and the great color, so I purchased my own. The great thing about the pigments is that you only need a small amount for any look and you can use it wet for a more dramatic look. One draw back is that it is messy if you are not careful opening it. I usually shake it and then open very carefully and use the pigment that is inside the cap because like I said a little goes a long way and then you aren't wasting. I love MAC makeup compared to others, but then again I can use any other makeup for half the price and make it work just the same.
I have been using mineral makeup for several years. I only recently began looking into M.A.C, as it does receive such positive reviews. The M.A.C pigment eyeshadow is absolutely fantastic. The color is amazing and does not fade nor crease throughout the entire day or evening. I am impressed with the pigment eyeshadow and its versatility. This "Rose" pigment can be used not only as eyeshadow (both dry and wet), but also as a blush. M.A.C has definitely become a favorite brand in mineral makeup for me.
this eyeshadow is absolutely amazing in every way.. nice thick deep color there is no need to use primer with these pigments.. also the container comes very full and one of the largest sized pigments on the market.. i bought the light pink and the teal and im totally in love with MAC!! it get 5 stars from me.. highly recomended make up for any woman no matter if you like bright neutral or shimmers!! amazing!!
I already have some MAC pigments that I bought from a MAC store and I loved them. Because of this I don't know if they one I bought off ebay was genuine or not as it was a different kind of powder to my other ones which sort of all clump together in balls and is very thick powder. It is however, an amazing colour that I love. I haven't tried using it wet yet (which is how I use my other pigments -mixing them with water to make a kinda paint which dries and lasts for ages!) but if that works then it still gets my vote even it is fake :)
As the Cosmetic's Director and formerly a Make-up Artist with M.A.C. for many years, being on the go constantly has cut into my spending and restocking the product's I love. In a short amount of time, with event's being very busy consistently, I find that I run low in stock of pigment, Mascara, Lip-Liner etc and thanks to Ebay I am now better equipped to manage my time while ordering the product's I need. M.A.C., with it's focus on Art and Trends remains my favorite Cosmetic's line. In this Eye Shadow, as well as all of M.A.C.'s Eye Shadows, the High Pigment Load is what makes it the best, as it not only requires less in the initial application but also there is always less "travelling" of the pigment following the application. So, one need not apply as much as they would if using another product and also isn't required to maintain as often. LOVE IT!Read full review
