I tossed around whether I should purchase the Burris Fullfield 2 or the Leopold Vari X 2. The price difference between the two was negligible. Having owned higher end versions of both manufacturers, I find that the Burris brings in slightly more visibility under low light conditions. This scope seems to follow that pattern. That is no knock on Leopold as it is a fine scope as well. This scope represents exactly what I was searching for, a lightweight adjustable optic scope that did not break the bank.

Burris gives best bang for the buck in my honest opinion. Works great, looks great and was at a great price compared to it's competition. Trusted seller.

Glass is not great. Eye relief also not that good. Turrets are very stiff and require a screwdriver. I could return it, I would.

I have owned several of these scopes in silver, gloss and matte black. They are all the same, whether made in the USA or Philippines. Good solid scopes that are as rugged and functional as say the Leupold VX2 3-9x40 and they throw in the ballistic plex reticle too for about half the price as the Leupold. Not long ago I lost the turret covers on one. Called Burris and they sent replacements at no charge and they have the same forever whoever owns it policy of fixing or replacing a damages scope at no cost. You can't find a better value than Burris.
