Bought these toy soldiers to decorate a "Christmas Tree" for Memorial Day and 4th of July. We have left the beautiful brand new flocked-white tree up rather than storing it, and hoping it will work the next Christmas. Anyway, in the meantime we have decorated it for Valentine's Day, and Easter, and it really is a conversation piece. Now, with Memorial Day I had to come up with something, and decided hanging toy soldiers and American Flags on it would be appropriate, along with my collection of GI Joe dolls and other military dolls (Ken dolls dressed in military outfits) underneath the tree. It really does look great, and I have received a lot of positive comments about it.

Nice variety of poses and accessories, and a good representation of the actual armies involved in the ACW. The flags are a nice touch because they add vivid colors and a historical perspective not often seen in toys - since these are plastic (and made for toy market), you will not get "museum quality", but, for the price, it is a very good deal IMO.
