Quality is typical as expected from the Manufacturer. Customer service & shipping was average, nothing special nor any heroic effort. Be aware the Levitan Ivory color is not white as anticipated. It is beige & match the same color as Levitan's Almond products. Went to local HD to compare & low & behold the same color. Picture is very misleading as it appear white in the auction posted picture.
