I love history that I can see happen after it's happened, and what a better way then to see a very well done reinactment. I bought the VHS tapes years ago and was only too happy to update my collection to DVD. I love pictures, photographs, and color and have many other historical moments on pages, tape, discs and even in my head. So I always check out EBAY to see if some of my interests appear on the board. Thanks EBAY for doing such a great job and letting me meet so many really nice people.
I havae for several years owned the 4 VHS tapes it took to cover the same material. I loved them so that when they became available in DVD I not only bought a set for myself, I bought a set to donate to our high school library. This is one of the best "history movies" I've ever seen. The acting is great & the story is told wth truth & respect. A must see for any history lover.
I am a student of history, especially these years, because my parents were raised then and I have always be interested in F D R and Eleanor Roosevelt- I have read several books about them and have always watched anything from movies to documentaries about them. This spans the years from F D R's and Eleanor's early days until his death in April of 1945. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to know about these very interesting people. It will not fail to peak you interest.
I love watching documentaries about people
