I do not agree with some of the other reviews regarding assembly. I found the instructions to be quite clear, with photographs to refer to as you go along. I had no problem at all assembling this pen all by myself. The only tool I needed was a phillips-head (X head) screwdriver. The pen is well made and is great for dogs from puppy to medium size. This is not tall enough for large dogs.

it took my puppy exactly 47 seconds to get out of this pen and he is a small dog....... If you have a very small breed this may work for a short period of time only. It comes apart easily for break down but just isn't stable if the puppy jumps up on the sides, it can easily be knocked down.

It is a nice size, strong and easy clean. It is heavy plastic. THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR: * No instruction booklet on how to connect the two foldable parts * No instructions on how to use the latch for front door. * No instructions on how to fold after set up- must take out the pole in center in order to fold the two pieces. Parts don't fold in four unless it is divided- better to leave it set up if possible. * Must be careful NOT to get your fingers caught between fold. Pinched and bruised my finger.

I love this playpen for my little puppy! It keeps her safe and out of trouble when I can't keep my eyes on her. I'm thinking of ordering more sections to make it a bit bigger so I can give her more space as she grows. I like that I can move it where I need it and it was very easy to assemble.
