While doll had a pretty face. Neck had a chip that caused a the head to fall off and body did not belong with doll to begin with, dress was forced on and pulled at stitches. I ended up putting doll head on another body along with dress. As I have only bought one item from this member I can't say all items are this way just that mine was. It did however come with fashion shoes and very clean and packaged well.
