The book "Anatomy for Strength And Fitness Training by Mark Vella, Nick Walters" is probably the best guide for all that wants to start fitness training on all levels. It explains how your muscles, and body works during the training. Also shows the workout on all parts of body, tells what we should or shouldn't do step by step. Includes more and less advanced programs for everybody
I use this book to help students understand how their muscles work in the weight room for strength and training purposes. It also helps them know what needs to be stretched when they are sore from exercising. A picture is worth a thousand words.
Well, Just go let everyone know, I did not buy this book for myself. The book is for my girlfriend. She needed it for a class she is currently taking. The book looks good to me, and whoever sold it to me had a very good description. I don't know anything about muscles or strength training. Good buy.
