The phone came in a great shape for a refurbished phone. No dents or scratches anywhere and it looked as good as new. The phone itself is good, it has a sleek design which is very appealing and it looks great overall. The screen is somewhat small, compared to my Nexus 4, and colors could be brighter. However, that is no issue for a phone this well made. The OS was a pain in the arse and I had lots of trouble understanding some of its features, but once you get the hang of it the phone becomes a great package. Although, the OS has some hiccups where it just freezes for no reason, but they are minor and usually unnoticeable. For $200 I wouldn't recommend any other phone than this. Great value, and greater look.
This is an all 5 star phone with only one down side. It is a windows phone. I have wished and wished it was an android device. Yet as much as I hate windows OS, HTC has made a superbly crafted device that is impossible to put down. The design of the phone is perfect and it fits your hand like a glove. Excellent battery life and the display is very clear and bright. This is a phone I'd definitely recommend for anyone.It is simply beautiful.
I bough Verizon unlocked phone for my new service with T-Mobile after reading all comments. But when I Got this phone this unlocked phone has following problems. 1, MMS is not working. 2, cannot send messages in thread . Every time creat new message and delete old message. 3, You cannot make call or text on wifi. 4, voice mail tile will take you to Verizon mail box. So you need to dial 1 to go to your mail box. So I suggest buy only T-Mobile phone for T-Mobile service though phone is unlocked but you miss many features because of carriers compatibility issues.
It worked well but I couldn't send messages because it wasn't part of my service. My advice to others who would ever plan to purchase this item would be to check what kind of network this device works under. Other than that issue, I was able to receive calls, use the Internet and do everything else I would be able to on any other phone. I would definitely recommend this phone to others.
I bought this phone out of curiosity because I had been using an older windows phone and wanted an upgrade. This phone surpassed all that i expected, its lightweight and durability is fantastic, the battery life is great its exceptionally functional and easy to use; the only thing that could make this phone better would have been an expansion card slot. The picture quality is excellent everyone that sees it just loves it. This is definitely great value for money, i would recommend it anyday.
