This torque wrench is excellent for small fasteners with low (inch pound) values. It is relatively easy to set, although you need to carefully look at the graduations after reading the instructions to be certain you have the right setting on the right scale (since it does inch pounds and Newton meters also.) The lock holds the setting well. It seems to ratchet crisply and the socket retention ball is reasonably strong, though not like a Snap-on or other high end tool. For limited use like mine, it is a great value and a very useful addition to my toolbox, especially for small engine repair., etc. If it turns out to be durable, and it looks as if it probably will, I have no hesitation in recommending it highly. (I believe it is actually the Harbor Freight brand, but came through a third party vendor.)Read full review

I needed something in this torque range so I bought the least expensive one available. Found out later that Harbor Freight sells them for about $2. less. The quality is Harbor Freight Standard, i.e. barely adequate to do the job - but inexpensive. Works in a pinch (as in my case) but if you plan on using it more than 2 or 3 times spend a little more and buy a repeatable, calibrated, durable t-wrench.

Works as it should as long as you "exercise" it before use. Great size for small objects and spaces.

It works fine, good quality, easy to set up. It was a great purchase, even more if we consider the price. Arrived at my place in Brazil in just one week. I liked a lot!
