I wanted to be able to make pizza at home and found this product from reading reviews and talking to friends. This made awesome pizza on my already loved Weber 22.5" charcoal grill. the key to stepping up into a pro class pie is buying a second cooking grate placed on top of the ring, sit a second stone above the main cooking stone, preferably larger than the bottom stone, cover the top stone, grate, and pizza with a layer of aluminum foil... temps go well above the 700 degrees you can hit at the cooking stone... its a must hack to get the pie charred both top and bottom... and don't shy away from making your dough from scratch and you will be amazed what you can pull off with this system
