I don't like DIETS. I don't know how to count calories or anything else for that matter. I like this book as it makes everything easy. All I have to do is go by the book. I am not over weight but certainly need to lose a little weight. I don't think going ON a diet is a good thing. I got this so I could eat good healthy food in the right proportions. I guess you could say this book is DUMMY PROOF! :-)
I like this diet book better than most because it is very detailed, has charts, illustrations, and basic information you can actually use, such as easy to make 400 calorie meals. It also shows you what to eat out. Very well done.
Love the book. The book has many great recipes. Already, had a few friends express interest in borrowing it.
Like the variety of recipes & pictures. Plus the helpful ideas on menu planning which give you ways to adapt each recipe for your individual likes. Menus are well-balanced & I can't wait to try the recipes!
This product is great. A great book to help you eat good without living off carrots and salads. Highly recommend this book to anyone.
