This is the fourth book in the Gluten Free Gourmet series that I've bought. Bette Hagman, has made the transition to baking & cooking much easier. Her descriptions of the different ingredients that have to be used make it easier to understand the recipes. I really appreciate that she concentrates on recipes that usually contain gluten, instead of rehashing ones that don't. Being told that I was gluten intolerant was in a way like dropping a bomb in my path. These books have been a real godsend for me, I really didn't know where to start.
