Had to find this pretty worthwhile. It was adapted from Jacqueline Susann's book. It had an iconic theme song. It even had Sharon Tate in it. Pretty good overall.

A classic you'll never forget. It's the story of a small group of women and their lives - quite similar in many ways to "Desperate Housewives" of "Sex and the City" but a decades older theme. While the subject matter (sex, drugs, alcohol, etc) is questionable to some, it's presented in a unique fashion. Highly recommended for adults. Sharon Tate is THE star! Patty Duke reputedly does very well in the film but this is open to opinion. Note that this 1997 movie is in a NTSC VHS format.
The movie is a character study in the lives and and progression of drugs and what it does to 3 women with the great Susan Hayward doing her overacting best as the bitter declining star. I bought it because I never see it on cable, haven't seen it in years and not carried at my "video" store. I disliked the excruciatingly long love scenes between Sharon Tate and her dying husband Tony.
I love it!! Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This one has been around forever. I've seen it many times and never tire of it. Barbara Parkins is probably one of the most beautiful women ever and the kind you like to take home to meet the family. Just an hour or so of good entertainment and great music.
