After breaking my back several years ago in a debilitating accident, I am just beginning to play a few holes. This summer I started at 6 holes and now I'm up to 9 holes, twice a week. My set is old, old, old. Ladies Ram Accubar, at least 30 years old, bought new. Before my accident I had an 8 handicap and was active in leagues. It is frustrating to lose distance but it is outweighed by the pure pleasure of a hitting that "beauty". I had been reading reviews of all the Ladies Irons. This was my dream club, The Callaway Women's Razr 5 Iron. I wanted it so bad. I have used it the first time and had my best round since my accident. It has a great feel. It feels like it is helping you swing the club correctly. The technological improvements since I purchased my old set is amazing. It is very forgiving. Even if you don't get all of it the shot really flies. Since I've only used it for 9 holes, I can't say how many yards it will add or how many strokes from my handicap it will cut. But I know it will definitely help both. Read other user reviews at Callaway's site. After being laid up for years due to nerve damage and chronic pain, I'm just so grateful to be back on the course playing any amount of golf. Even though I have to lay down for a couple of hours due to pain after I play, it is worth it. My spirits have definitely been lifted. Golf has been the best physical therapy and mental therapy for chronic pain. I'm saving for a complete set of Razr Irons. Then the driver and fairway woods.Read full review
Awesome club great playability! Wish I had a whole set and not just the 6 iron.

This comletes my hybrid set of Callaway clubs. I also have the 3 hybrid. It certainly allows me to control my long distance iron shots (180 - 195 yards) and out of rough it's easy to make solid contact. I was fitted for irons and the hybrid Callaway's were best for me. I still have one issue of drawing these abit if I attack to quickly on the downswing, but otherwise they perform really well. I would buy them in a heartbeat if I need hybrids.
Very easy to hit...much easier that an iron. It does take a little pratice to get use to the feel, however, once you do, it's very nice. You will get much more distance and height. I am thinking of getting an entire set.
Loved the feel of the club before I even used it. Club was in excellent shape as well upon arrival. I'm still looking for the correct distance to hit so therefor I'm hitting the range with this in mind. I don't carry long irons in my bag and I bought this to fill in the gaps for distance. I will tell you my confidence level for that 165 to 180 yards distances has greatly increased. Hope this helps.
