This book is a good reference for the World Tae Kwon Do Federation Black Belt forms (Poomsae). The book, however, is not for Sport Poomsae Players. It has the patterns more in the traditional or art way. As a master in Tae Kwon Do, I would recommend this book to athletes or students that are not in competition for the WT style Sport Poomsae, but more toward their own expression of the forms in an art based style.

I found it to be a comprehensive book on the subject of Tae Kwon Do and it's blackbelt poomsee. I recommend this book to fellow TKD black belts.
I'm a 2nd. degree black belt master, and I will open an academy the 1st.Quater of 2010, and even when all my masters teach me the love of the art of Tae Kwon Do this book teach me a lot of what they didn't teach me, thanks to this book I will a better teacher.
