This book could, can, and will change the way your view eating and your health. The Biggest Loser Simple Swaps
Great book for any dieter to have. Easy read and great as well as very important information any dieter could use. I am very pleased I got the book. It has been able to help me stay with my diet and to learn things about dieting that I didn't know but which are very important for successful changes in my eating habits. It's also nice to hear what other people do to get and keep the extra pounds off. I feel it's a good book for any dieter and would say BUY IT !!! You will be glad you did.

Simple Swaps really is simple!!
This is an excellent book!! Not only does it give you suggestions of good/healthier foods to eat, they also include some recipes. The book also talks about nutrition and what is needed for a healthy lifestyle. The nutrition is explained so it is easy to understand and it makes sense. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to learn about nutrition, wanting to loose weight or for anyone wanting ideas to incorporate healthier foods into their daily lives.

This book replaces all other healthy eating books.
I originally purchased this book because it is often mentioned on the show. I knew that the book contained all types of food & their healthy replacements. However, when I received it, I was double impressed. Not only does it have a complete index of all foods, but it contains recipes & suggestions from the former contestants. It is the ultimate book to have on hand, either at home or at work!
