This is a movie you can see over and over again&it leaves you spirited! I had bought this movie,cause I have seen it before&fell in love with the story line&wanted a copy of this movie.Spirit is one that has alot of action in it& sure to catch the attention of the very young. If a horse could fly like a eagle,this one has done it..The music in this film is simple&beautiful,the songs are preformed by Bryan Adams. Spirit is a horse that was born into the wild&ran with his family pack,with all the cute things that a new baby colt does &learn,through his growing up year,with eventually becoming the leader of his herd. One day something odd caught his attention,this is where the true adventure begins,as he goes to check it out. Caught&brought to the the army of rough men,could not break him...until one day a indian[Little Creek] was brought to this army..Little creek,saw this horse& wanted to free him,but not before the Little Creek tried to break him his self&seen that the horse could not be broken. Spirit falls for Little Creeks horse, Rain. This horse will go through adventure after adventure&trying times[running from a train falling down the hill,forest fire,just to name a few] to get back to freedom&his horse family...It is filled with Action,Love,Respect&standing up for what it right..Its a Wonderful movie that you will want to see again&again..Read full review
Bought for my granddaughter, who is 5 and loves anything horses. She had a copy that was several years old and finally just wore it out. This was purchased to replace the original. The picture quality is equal to that of the original which was purchased at a retail store. She's already watched it at least 3 dozen times, is a little heavy handed as any child would be, but it's holding up like a trooper. I've purchased from this seller before and will again.
I loved this movie when I was little and still do today. It is a great story with great animations.

Storyline is set during the time progress is soon to change the Old West forever. Many great actors have lent their voices to the different characters in the movie including Matt Damon as Spirit. Children and adults alike will enjoy this movie. My 3 year old grandson first saw the movie a year ago and he still asks for the "horsey" movie. This is one of Dreamworks lesser known gems.
