This magazine is of exceptional quality that I expect from Kimber. It allows for an additional round of ammo and has a black composite cap that provides a additional grip surface for the "pinky" finger. However that surface is slippery and provides, at least for my extra large size hand, minimal additional grip for me. I may try stippling the composite surface or a simple piece of grip tape may suffice. Being a Kimber however, I'd rather not "cheapen" it with grip tape. The Micro 9, being a concealment/carry gun, the slippery surface and minimal size of the extended magazine can also be considered an advantage. I recommend this product even though this magazine cost about double the highest price I've ever paid for a pistol magazine.

Nothing against the seller as they ale authentic Kimber mags but these extended mags do not fit like the original That came with the gun. When inserted there is 1/8" gap between the bottom of the grip and finger guard on the mag. Not happy with the way they look but function fine.

For a factory magazine, it works as expected. It’s disappointing that Kimber is one of the very few companies who decides that only one magazine should be included with the purchase of a brand new pistol. C’mon Kimber, that’s pretty bush league when your guns are already pretty expensive.

These are Kimber magazines that are used in a Kimber micro 9. They function perfectly. I tried seven different types of bullet and it fed them all without a problem.
