Good book but it is out of date
If you are interested in education law, you need to read all the cases in this book. However, it is sadly very out of date. In our classes we are supplementing it with lot's of more recent cases (seattle school district, etc.). But, for what the book covers it is great for understanding how the law in education developed. I found the comments and notes really helpful too. A bit of warning, besides for being out of date it is also in a double-column format that will seem strange to most law students. They should really publish a new version of this book.
