The book is very helpful on what to eat & how much. I sometimes ate things even if it was a small amount & in reading this book found that how I mixed it together was nor good for me & found how to fix it that it would help me to lose weight & keep it off. I am learning that I cannot just go by the plan for a few days & then eat what ever I want-- that never works. I am teaching myself how to eat what I like in a different way & sticking to it __ My weight is slowly coming off - That is the way you want it. If you lose it to fast chances are you will gain it all back & then some. This book is great ..
Heard about it thru TV an it is a good book. If you stick to what she recommends it works. I love it.I've tried lots of other weight lose books an they were not very good. I bought all her books they complement each other.An I use as much as I can from each one of them.Unfortunately, you do need to use a lot of herbs which I have no problem with but there is a lot of things you need to buy an it takes time to buy all the things you need to follow what she recommends. That is definately a negative. But from what I have done so far I've done great . AN am still losing. Hope I can make it thru the holidays without putting to much back on. If I do I will follow her advise an just continue on to get where I want to be.
I love this cookbook. If you're following the Fat Flush Plan, it's a MUST. I've made at least 10 things out of it and every recipe is great. Plus, the recipes are a good guideline to inspire me to create something new . . . for example, it suggests to use mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes for the Shepherd's Pie. This gave me the idea to also eat mashed cauliflower with their beef stroganoff recipe.
This is a very helpful book to those who are on the FAT FLUSH PLAN and gives recipes that are acceptable on all three phases of the plan. Many of us are not accustomed to eating without the use of sugars, salts, trans fats, and oils. This book is an important addition to your purchases if you are buying the Fat Flush Plan by the same author.
