The item arrived but was shipped 2 me tossed in a plastic bag in the original box and shipped in a plastic mail bag with no other packing on the piece but the plastic bag. The item listing = “NEW IN BOX”. This item definitely is used. It was not broken and clearly in nice condition but not as advertised. Anyone collecting any precious moments knows they are packaged in bubble wrap l (logo on tape sealing it) or in protective styrofoam.

explained buyer that sold over 40 and all comes in same packing , i do not do the packing , even send him pic of a new box opened , and offered return for full refund at seller cost .
