I bought this DVD because I have several Yoga Zone DVDs that I rotate for routines each day and I wanted to add this one to my collection. I really like the consistency and demeanor of these instructors as they guide you through the postures. They don't move too quickly, and they virtually always offer a simpler and a more advanced approach to any given posture. There is an emphasis on breathing well, using the strength within you, and stretching yourself to your fullest potential, yet without putting pressure on yourself to be 'perfect.' This DVD helps you gradually realize an overall increase in your personal health and physical well-being, while offering you the challenge to always grow a little more than you did yesterday. I highly recommend this purchase.
On the box it says there are two 20 min. workouts. This is not true, there are two 16 min. workouts which include a cooldown in them as well. So your actually only getting about 14 min. of yoga for each workout. It is easy to follow and very beginner but it would have been nice to put alittle more on the DVD.

I have done yoga for a while now and although the video is set in beatiful setting and the video was good quality, the teaching was a little to basic and cheesy. Many of the fundamentals are included in this video so I think if you can find it for a good price it is worth it if your just starting yoga.
2 great 20 minute sessions that are perfect for morning & evening yoga for beginners. The instructors are knowledgable & very relaxing to watch and do yoga with.
