This is a fun Christmas album and I am glad I bought it. The album proves again the Robertsons are a talented clan in many ways. I love Phil and George Strait's rendition of Christmas Cookies, it is just right. And Jase and Missy together in "Baby it's Cold Outside, is fabulous. Sadie and Reed each do wonderful jobs with their songs and of course Missy can sing anything. Even Uncle Si is great singing the Grinch and a customized version of the Night Before Christmas. And I mustn't forget Willie and many others who did great jobs! I think this is a fun and lighthearted Christmas album for the whole family.
Some of the songs are traditional carols, others are novelty holiday songs, all sung by various members of the Robertson family and sometimes with guest celebrity vocalists. Missy Robertson in particular has a lovely singing voice and it is just adorable when she and her husband Jace sing "Baby, It's Cold Outside", one of my favorites is George Strait and Phil singing their own version of "Christmas Cookies" and of course there is comedy courtesy of Uncle Si and Willy. If you are offended by the true meaning of Christmas this cd may not be to your liking because Jesus is mentioned and there is a closing prayer but I love it and it is now a holiday listening favorite

This was really surprising to me that the Robertsons can really sing and they do it really well. My favorite is 'Baby it's cold outside' by Missy and Jase. She has a beautiful voice and the playful banter make it easy and fun to listen to.

We had a copy of this CD for years and play and really enjoy it every Christmas. We bought another copy to send to distant family members and they now enjoy it also. These songs will get you tapping your toes and will bring you joy, while some of the other selections will bring you the reverence that Christmas deserves. This CD is certainly "Two Thumb Up"...wish The Robertson's would do another...
