JAPANESE ANTIQUE 19TH MEIJI PERIOD CENT CARVED OX BONE SIGNED OKIMONO, This sale is for a very nice antique meiji okimono carved from a single piece of authentic antique ox bone, there is a signature on the base of this piece. The subject which is of a japanese man smoking a pipe with two children, has been carved with great detail, size 20cm high, condition v good with just a small crackabovethe mans right ankleand the little stick which the child onthe mansshoulder is holding maybe missing the tip, its hard to tell. All in all a fine meiji period signed okimono made from a single piece of antique ox bone.
