problems with the usps and ups including loss, theft, damage, routine delivery delays and seasonal/holiday delivery delay problems, are not under my control and are not my responsibilty. i do not own or work for the usps, the ups, or paypal. these groups need to do their jobs and i promise to do mine.

the usps and ups set their own rates for what they want to charge for shipping. if you have a complaint concerning the high cost of shipping or any of the above areas then they should be directed toward the usps or ups.

COMBINED ORDERS

several items may be combined into 1 final package for savings on shipping when possible. additional shipping, processing and handling charges may be required for more than 1 of the exact same item or mix of different items.

DELIVERY TIMES

i am not and will not be responsible for estimated or actual carrier delivery transit times. only the usps and ups can control that.

i never accept any orders with "delivery required by date" restrictions, however i will try to meet your requests.

usps est parcel post delivery times are from 2-9 days

usps est priority mail and first class parcel mail are usually delivered in 2-3 days

usps est media mail times are from 2-14 days

ups ground service is usually delivered in 1-6 days

ups will deliver packages directly to your door. the ups will not deliver to p o boxes

INVOICE TOTALS

final combined item invoice totals will be based on the actual price of the items, any available applied discounts, processing, handling, usps and ups final shipping package weight costs, individual item and final box packaging and any /paypal/usps/ups applied processing charges.

OVERCHARGES

any order shipping overages costthat you paid at the time of purchase, for a single item or for several items combined, will be refunded to your paypal account at the time of shipping. a copy of the refund will be included with your package. please check your paypal account to make sure that paypal has given the credit to you. let me know if you do not get it from them.

UNDERCHARGES

if you pay the " automated invoice" for your order and your order includes more than 1 item then the " automated invoice" will probably be low and i will need to request additional payment from you thru paypal invoice services. i never ship until i have received my correct invoiced full payment. if you only make a partial payment i will not ship any of your order. i have no control over the " automated invoice".

unfortunatly, s&h costs are not free to me or you. if you do not want to accept your responsibilty to pay for these s&h costs areas then do not purchase the item.

please do not pay for your item or items until i have sent your "ok to pay this invoice" signed by me. this procedure confirms and sets your current correct shipping charges based on final combined packaging, final combined weight and your final shipping service.

RETURNS

you must contact me before returning any item to receive an authorization and reference number for the return. this number must be placed on the outside of the return packaging and on any paperwork inside.

return delivery confirmation is suggested for tracking and a credit will not be issued until the item is received by me in undamaged original resaleable condition.
