It's being offered in "estate fresh" condition; it hasn't been cleaned or tampered with in any manner. The overall quality and condition is fair. There are chips, rust, porcelain loss, scratches and all the signs of many years of being exposed to the elements (see images). I have provided several digital images to give your a reasonable idea as to what is being offered and the overall quality and condition. Do consider the images part of the description. In my opinion the images do NOT do thisgreat old sign full justice. It measure 2" (the flange that attaches to a wall) x 10" x 22 1/8".
