condition the chair and ottoman are in good but not perfect condition. due to age and use the rosewood shells show some normal wear such as scratches, marks, touched up veneer chips and scuffs (please see pictures). there is one old repair to the leather and normal wear such as scratches and scuffs (please see pictures).the bases show normal wear (please see pictures). the set comes from a non-smoking environment and is firm and sturdy.
