Once again ..... .this item is selling as-is ........ it is very hard to find a keg that is this small ...... just 12 inches tall ..... it measures .... 7 inches across the ends
there are some letters on one end ...... but they mean nothing to me ......... i would like to think that powder came in this one ....... whiskey was usually aged in much bigger barrels
the hole that you see was the plug ...... both ends are solidly sealed ....... only 3 metal bands survive ..... but it is tight and strong .........
. a great look for the family bar ...... or for your civil war collection ....... you decide
right off the farm ...... some 20 miles north of here and just sitting in the barn waiting for a new home ....... i have not even cleaned it in case you wanted to stain or polish it
. the spout was in it like you see ......... better than nothing i guess .... but i am sure it is much newer than the barrel .......nice old primitive keg

Usually the post office and sometimes UPS ......and sometimes the shipping calculator is way off the mark ............. please ask if the shipping seems too much ....... often we can send it slower and save you some money ....., it simply depends on where you live ...... items going overseas naturally cost more to ship than those that stay in the states ......... IF the shipping cost turns out to be more than the actual cost ...... we will refund the difference
